Help on Feature 2 column!

I Need Help

I have a feature 2 column, this looks great and I want this to remain like this when in PC, Tablet but only collapse when in phone view.

How do I stop this !? (coming from Rapidweaver and hard to find what I think should be simple features?)

(this of course will apply to any 2 column bloc)

I have watched lots of Eldar’s videos, they are all brilliant - so much to take in! so I am tackling one thing at a time. Thanks @Eldar too.
