How do you build side menu that work across pages?

is there a easier way to do? i saw the topic but seem is a hack than a feature.

Floating Vertical Navigation

Maybe I don’t understand what you are looking for. On mine the left panel stays in place while the content on the right moves up and down. So you could put a menu or whatever you want on the left side area. Not the easiest setup in blocs to do though.
