How to build a members area with blocs?

Hello forum!

I need to create a membership area on a client’s website where she wants to offer digital content and learning videos via monthly/annual subscriptions. Similar to Eldar’s Blocs Masters site. Is it possible to do this in Blocs without WordPress? Or would the “Access CMS” from the Blocs Store be a solution?

I’m currently considering using Blocs with PHP Jabbers (for memberships) and Stripe (for payments).

Does anyone have any recommendations from someone who has already implemented something like this with Blocs?

Thanks in advance!
Phil

Hi Phil,

Blocsmaster.com uses Sitelok, which I highly recommend for membership websites. I am actually in the process of making a course on this topic, which will be available to Blocs Master students later this year. It’s a bit of work to set everything up, but when you do, it works great.

Cheers,

Eldar

Hi Eldar,

thanks for your feedback. I’d already looked at Sitelok. Especially since they also offer a plugin for Stripe that apparently controls member permissions on the website depending on the subscription. They even provide a separate PDF guide for blocks.

I’m looking forward to your new video tutorial.

Cheers, Phil

Yes, well, that’s actually everything you will need. I actually studied their 200+ pages overall guide as well, and it is super useful. Basically, my course will be covering their PDF guides into easy to follow high-quality videos.

Cheers,

Eldar

Hi Phil, I can also recommend Sitelok, it integrates nicely with Blocs. In my site (www.rjlphoto.nl) I also use their Vibracart product. Also good to mention, their user support is incredible. Feel free to reach out for tips.
