I was trying my hand out with creating headers and footers and saved them to the Blocs Library. How can I delete them now that I don’t need them and that they didn’t quite do the job I was hoping they would?

Use the Extension Manager. You will see a list of all your custom blocs. Just select any you want to remove and click the “-” sign.
