Html form data to csv

I Need Help

I’d like to collect html form data into a csv file on the server.

As far as I can see, this isn’t something that there is a Bloc for? I can do basic copy and paste php programming :wink: any ideas?

You’re right, nothing is available currently. Are you concerned about security of the data collected? As a csv file can be accessed by anyone. :wink: This is not real easy, when you start thinking about security. I might try a bloc in the future, but I’m not sure how much demand there would be for this.

The CSV file would be put outside the public folders, so security isn’t an issue.

It’s a functionality that I get on forms with Concrete5 CMS, so thought it would be good to have in Blocs!

Yo update this, I found some php code and adapted it, it isn’t pretty and it is basic, but it works.
