Indexing Keywords and Competitors

I just ran a website audit and compared the site to a competitor. The competitor shows that they have both Keywords and Competitors properly indexed, but the site I audited does not. I have Googled this issue with no success thus far.

Can anyone tell me how I can get keywords and competitor sites to index?

Thanks @Norm, but I just wanted a basic explanation of how this is done. Are indexed keywords something Google determines, or is there something in the code that we are responsible for putting in?
