Infinite Slider 2.2

I Need Help

Hi Guys and Gals.
I purchased slider just the other day but having a few issues making it work with modal / interactions. I have some company logo’s which I want to express my involvement using pop-ups. I have created two opposing sliding bars which have 12 logos in each. (working fine up to this point) I have then tried to make the interactions work using individual modals. (Playing the web page works fine until I click on the icon, Then I get a greyed page with no pop-up and will only release by going back to the web edit page. I have also noticed when I selected the interactions “Toggle Modal” the lefthand tool bar will not stay on the logo image but will instantly flick back to the “Div Container” but I can click on the logo within the page and it will show the appropriate details on the Right hand tool bar. I have been trying to make this work for several days now, so hoping someone will put me out of my misery.

Hi Kevin, good to have you here. I won’t be able to offer any assistance on this as I don’t have Infinite Slider (yet), but a live link is probably a better way of getting help than an explanation in this scenario.

Thanks guys. Appreciated you coming back to me, I was hoping maybe Lucas would pick up on the conversation as the Blocs Infinite slider support page requests contact via singing up though a google account, afraid I am the old school call, text or email. Once again thank you for at lest looking at my request.

Hey Kevin, I guess you’re trying to replicate the slider on the demo, clicking on a logo to trigger a modal: https://archetypon.net/preview/brics/infinite-slider/

Here’s how to do it:

  • add an Image bric to one of the empty div containers
  • go to the Image settings > Interactions and choose Toggle Modal
  • on the dropdown menu choose the Modal ID

Let me know how it goes.

Hi Lucas, Thank you so much for coming back to me you’re all star’s. I think I have solve 95% of the issue!! Yes I have egg on my face. Looked at your process having had a couple of sleeps in between and everything that was a listed above I check several times over. But then a revelation. Some how I must have inadvertently switch the viewer OFF in the top right hand tool box for both sliders. :upside_down_face: The remaining 5% happens when I try to select in the Logo Image Line in the lefthand tool bar and it will not stay on the logo image but instantly flick back to the “Div Container” but if I click on the logo within the page and it will show the appropriate details on the Right hand tool bar. Apart from that small problem I am so happy and very grateful to all you guys for you help and support Thank you
