Keeping Blocs in sync between 2 computers

Hello all,

I just upgraded to the Plus edition so that I could work on both my iMac at home and also on my MacBook on the go.

Using cloud storage, is it possible to keep both environments fully in sync? Not just my projects but also the Blocs app itself with any customizations I make, bex templates and fonts I’ve installed, etc…

Anyone ever tried this, and if so what is the best way to do it?
Thanks!

Paul

I didn’t try with the full set of customizations, but I am syncing the Custom Brics installation folder with GitHub using a Git repository.

I guess you are able to sync also the other folders with GitHub.

So it’s a lot more effort. You also don’t get automatic syncing with GitHub.

I guess you could achieve similar results with an automatic FTP file share sync mechanism to a remote server.

I was thinking more like DropBox or OneDrive something that has an automated sync agent running on the Mac. I’m just not sure how to get all the internal Blocs folders relocated there, or if it’s even possible.

Not to my knowledge.

If you download the Blocs for iPad app it creates a Blocs folder on iCloud. I don’t actually use the iPad version though. I just assumed it was designed for using the sync
