Letter Spacing in Percentage and Line Height in Just a Decimal Number

Hi!
Any particular reason that in the Class Editor I can’t:

  • Set Letter Spacing in Percentage? (Only px, pt, em, rem)
  • Set Line Height in just a decimal line specification?
    (Like 1.5 being one and a half, 2 for double and so on … I can choose px, pt, em, rem and %, but setting 150 % did not work like specifying 1.5in the Code Editor for the same class …)

Regarding using % with letter spacing, my research (using AI) has been that it is not widely supported across browsers and results can be inconsistent?

As for the line height suggestion, I’ve added support for a new line height × (times) value in Blocs 6.4.5 (beta coming later today).

This will produce results line line-height:1.5; directly from the Class Editor. :raising_hands:

Letter spacing was really difficult, I couldn’t get any fine grained control that worked, just 1 or 2 px/pt, and no decimal numbers or anything else worked … (Struggled with my new company website.)
