Menü Item <span> Trouble

I set a < span > in the menu manager for a menu item to color a letter. This worked for a long time.

But now I have done something with the background color of the navigation or some element from the navigation area and there is only the colored letter.
The menu has disappeared. But I can’t reproduce it.

It looks like something has caused the menu to be recreated or parsed and now the < span > entry is suddenly causing problems

If I delete the whole bloc and create a new navigation, everything is back, including the colored letter.

Hi @BLOCS-Freak,

Just a thought. You haven’t inadvertantly turned your menu items into white text, so they are there, just not visible?

good point, not really. i can’t remember exactly, i experimented with “sticky” and transparency and background color.
But I’ve changed and customized the menu so many times. If the entry is causing trouble, it must have happened before. the typical classic the last change before everything is finished :wink:

That is not a supported use case. The title fields are not designed for HTML.
