Wondering if it’s just me but the middle breakpoint is always set to 80% when previewed. I always have to zoom back to 100%.
If this can be reproduced, I’ll report it as a bug.

The same here. I wish this bug will be removed.
How big is your display? I used to see this all the time until I switched to a 32" display and keep Blocs pretty big on the screen. Now it’s always 100%.
It’s not a bug, the full size dimensions must not fit on your screen so Blocs zooms the canvas to fit it on.
You can switch off auto zooming in the apps prefs.
I have just become aware of this. Although I have auto zoom switched off the middle breakpoint drops to 70% unless I have a full page view or a full height window.
I have just switched to a new 24 inch iMac from my old 27 inch, which is why I have only just seen it.
