Nav help please

Hi guys

Can I ask. Is there a way I can create the mobile device nav bar so it is also the same on desk top and iPad.

I basically don’t want the words such as Home, links etc… and just want the mobile drop down menu to be visible for all three…

I hope I explained that…

Select menu, then in sidebar it’s
Appearance-toggle-all

BTW:
it would also be great when there could be a Appearance-toggle-none
