I used and modified one of the built in templates but I’m wondering why the navigation menu does not automatically show all pages I created? Is there any way to auto update this? How can I create the additional links for the pages?

In blocs there are 2 main ways to do menus, one where you add pages and they appear! or one where its a manual process which is what I have always used and tends to be the most popular where you add a page title and link it to the page. This is my preferred way as I do not want all pages I create to be in a menu and find the process simple.
