Nav sub menu not moving where i need it to

Hi, i have an odd issue. I have created a Nav bar, with sub menus, the website has been up for some time HERE

recently added a new Submenu ‘Women Doctors at War’. it was at the bottom originally but the client wants it under victoria crosses. In the nav menu editor it does indeed now sit under Victoria crosses PICTURE 1 - However in the preview and when live it sits under ‘Sir James Migrigor’ (Picture 2) and wont move up. @Norm any thoughts?

You have selected primary source under the menu data, you have 2 options:

  1. Set to “none” and set to primary again and see if refreshes.
  2. Set to “none” and arrange manually your list items within the layer tree (and when creating a new item duplicate an item and rename). I think most of users use this method because you can add icons, buttons and assign other behavior to the links that primary menu lacks.
