It provides easy setup of Frequently Asked Questions or Accordion reveals with a custom question & answer section that’s revealed on click/tap. Sure, it could be used for a read more. I’d just hide the question arrow.
Don’t put more than a sentence in the question w/ ‘read more…’ at the end and then the full article or other content in the answer section or even more in the drop area.
