Hello! Is there a way to pull a toggle with visibility from one of the option select item?
There is no built in logic in Blocs forms. You can write your own script, which would toggle hidden fields, but then in the email you would get all fields hidden or not.
@hendon52 will have a good suggestion no doubt for a good form replacement with logic.
