Padding problem with blocs

I need some advice to create a simple thing but… It seems to block me with padding option.
The result is there :

No borders, no white background, just 2 columns and the contents.
If you have the solution… Thanks

Looks like a group bloc, there are a few options in the structure blocs section towards the end.

If that’s what you want to achieve, simply remove the gutters from both rows in those blocs:
