Parallax/Animation issue in Blocs 5.2.4

Hello,

I got a weird issue.
I set a background image for a bloc with activated parallax effect.

The image of the bloc does not appear and I see a plain white background:

  • in Safari, Chrome on Mac (online from the server)
  • in MS Edge and Firefox on PC (online from the server)

But when I deactivate parallax, the image will be shown.

Parallax works fine as:

  • live preview in Blocs 5.2.4
  • exported website running in Safari offline from disk.

It used to work fine like 3 month ago.

What could be wrong?

Unfortunately no. =(

It seems that sometimes there are bugs around medias, especially images and background in your case.

Personaly I’d try quick “dichotomy” test : reboot, new empty bloc (+drag brics from the bloc with the problem) with at least the parallax add.
It may be quicker than searching the problem, as it’ll help to find the problem (if problem again, then you may have to focus of the image itslef, etc.)
