Pop up asking age for enter website

Hi, I need to create a pop up that request the user to click OK to access the website. See example below made in wordpress http://belgianbeverage.com/

Welcome to Belgian Beverage Asia.

In order to enter this site, you must be of legal drinking age and understand that this site contains references to alcohol. OK

It doesn’t have to be a pop-up. You can just trigger the visibility of an age question panel and hide the other panels. Make them visible if they are over 18 ( or whatever it is in parts of Asia ).
