How can I ask pre-sales questions about the 2 paid versions of Blocs?

-Using the free version (FV for short), is it possible to save and/or publish a site design
-Assuming the negative on publishing from FV, if I design a site in FV and decide I am OK with the program, can I then buy either paid version (B or B+ for short) and work with the project started under FV?
-At our small business we have 2 iPad pros, 3 iPhones, 2 MacBook Airs, and an ziMac. All used only by my wife and me. Must we buy separate B or B+ apps for each one?
–Is there an affordable site license for our small operation (restaurant of 40 years, and also posting basic sites for some domains we own: Ordinary.Com, TheAppleDisease.Com, and a few others)? Our goal is collaboration on individual site building & easy/quick maintaining
-To give me an idea, what was the upgrade cost for customers moving from your version 5 to version 6?

- We give upgraders from previous version 30% off the list price.

Can the B+ license apply for 2 ipads instead of 2 macOS devices? Just making sure I understand.
One more question: a pop up in the FV offered $49, what is that for ?
The iPad version pricing is completely separate from the macOS version.
