It would be just the same as any other M series Mac. Issues are for all Blocs users to enjoy 
Although based on what others have said, you will be better off on M* than intel with Blocs. It’s the way of the future for Apple anyway.

Blocs works fine on M1 and M1 Pro chips

Blocs works great on my M3. I have to say, I have minimal 3rd party add ons, so I never seem to have any problems.
