I have a client who wants to give ratings to his videos or workshops! something like 5 stars etc.
Does anyone know if this is possible in appblocs? or can it be implemented?

You would have to add such an option through HTML and CSS. THIS code is ready made, free and can be implemented quite simply in Blocs.
However, that approach will just yield a static single visit on page visual. Which is not reoccurring upon revisit or averaging across multiple user inputs. For an actual working rating system a backend would need implemented.
