Remove / Manage thumbnail

How can i remove or change the thumbnail of my website.

Because, when I send the URL, everybody see that, but its the face of one of my client ahah

Go to the settings in the upper right corner of the page, the rest can be seen in the picture.

I cant manage it directly on blocs or in the HTML even if I delete it
