I had a situation, where I needed to give a client access to edit a json file that was going to be simple and quick for them. The json is used to manage some dynamic data on their static website, I was curious if Repository Manager had support for json files…
And YES!!! So happy, I even made the file through the manager. Must have bric. Thanks @Jannis for making this so epic!!
Use case. The client was able to edit the json file, which updated certain information on the website. WP or Volt wasn’t used because the site was pre-existing, the client for a short period needed a basic way to update certain data themselves. It was easy and quick to implement on my end, and easy for the client, as I was going to be out of action for a couple of weeks at the time.
Hey @PeteSharp,
That’s awesome! Using Repository Manager for JSON files sounds like a great solution for dynamic data on static sites. It’s super handy for clients to make quick updates without needing complex tools.
