I have a list of H3 items which I would like to appear sequentially on the screen.
If I use Animation Effects, I am able to set a delay.
However, if I attempt to use Scroll Effects, the delay settings do not take. As I go through the various items, augmenting by 0.3, the previous ones lose their setting and revert to 0. This happens using either .3, 0.3, or 0.3 Sec as the specified value.
I am completely mystified.
