Scroll to Target (missing target)

A site I’m working on in Blocs 4 has some anchor point links which are set to ‘scroll to target’.

I noticed that when first clicking on the scroll to target links, the page scrolls but doesn’t stop in the right place. After refreshing the page, the anchor links scroll correctly to where they’re supposed to go.

I’ve tested this on multiple browsers (on both PCs and Macs), these anchor links are acting the same in every browser.

"Scroll To" stops in different spots depending on device

Hi Brains Trust, Using “Scroll To” in menu items. The scrolling stops at different spots depending on which device you’re using. If I set the target to the ‘correct’ bloc, it will stop just before the intended target on desktop and tablet, but right on mobile… Can get it to work on desktop by targeting a lower bloc, but then it’s no good on mobile… Please help me get it working on all devices. Initially I tried turning off ‘Minify CSS’, no change. So I turned that back on and then turned off ‘Lazy Load’. PRESTO! All my scroll to target links are now working perfectly.
