In all honesty, before I can make any recommendations, there are a few variables I would need to know more about:
- How will the shop be built? (html site, WordPress with WooCommerce, …) ?
- How many visitors (daily and monthly) is the show doing now?
- How many products will be available on the shop? (because database-wise a shop with 100 products is severely less resource consuming than a shop with 10 000 products)
I myself am running a cloud server at Hetzner with 4 cpu’s, 8 gb of ram and 250 gb ssd. That suffices for me to host over 30 sites, some of them high profile. The server I’ve set up with Cloudpanel as the managing interface.
Looking forward to the answers, so I might help you point in a direction more specifically.
