Setting pages to "exclude from export" and FTP publish function

It seems that if I set the status of a page to “exclude from export”, and then publish using the FTP publish function, the pages are still uploaded to the server.

???

I have not seen that before but it sounds like a bug if confirmed.

Thanks Jerry, you’re correct. I assumed that the FTP publish changes would delete the page from the server.
