Setting up a paywall

Hi Folks,
I want to set up a paywall for pro clients. Is their a template for this or a bloc I can use to do this elegantly. Through say stripe or maybe paypal. I have done this before but it is rather ugly and not smooth, I would like a well designed efficient option.
