Setting up footer elements so that cellphone/Skype automatically cal=ls when clicking on number and opens email client when clicking on email address

The header pretty much says it all.

I’m a Blocs virgin and have a standard footer that I would like to set up so that clicking on the phone number line automatically causes a browsing smartphone to call it, or a PC/tablet to open Skype etc. Likewise, rather than an email form, I would like to set up the email address so that clicking on it simply opens an email client with the send to field filled in (a lot of people can’t be bothered with forms).

Could anyone advise me on the best (simplest) way to do this?
