Getting default white indicators and white controls on a white page. (invisible and useless) GPT is sending me down custom CSS rabbit holes for this with mixed results. What is the best way to make simple adjustments to a carousel?
Are you using the Blcos 6.4? It has the new version of Carousel bric with lots of customization options.
Plus, you can also edit the default carousel classes as before (carousel, carousel-inner, carousel-item, etc). I use WebKit Inspect tool to find the class I want to edit, then add that class to Class Manager, and edit it to my liking.
But then again, maybe you won’t need to do that, because 6.4 has lots of new options for controls.
I did make sure I pulled the carousel bric after upgrading to 6.4, and I see options for shapes but not color. Will follow your advice, but hope someone alerts me if I’m overlooking something in the new controls. Thx!
Hi @Samsdad
I change indicators for clients colours now.
All you have to with things are you stuck with is type in for example Carousel in blocs Academy and BOOM! its all there.
Here is the link:
Thx. I have that site bookmarked, but is it current with 6.4?
Set the carousel Bootstrap theme to light or dark.
The options are in the inspector sidebar when you have the carousel selected.
This auto sets the carousel ui items dark or light. You don’t need to use classes if you are happy with dark or light.
Boom. That’s what I’m talking about. Thx!
