Snap Scroll - Allow Selection of individual Blocs on a Page

Snap Scroll looks very nifty. Alas, with pages with many Blocs (I have some pages with 40+ Blocs) this feature which seems to automatically select sequential blocs is not useful.

Is there a way to select specific Blocs for ‘Snap Scroll’ to snap to? In the same way, for example, that Tabs can be set to target specific Blocs?

If there isn’t a way to do this then I would like to forward this as one for the wish list:

A customizable Snap Scroll where one can select a few named Blocs from any larger number of named Blocs

You can do something like that with the menu; so people can scroll directly to certain parts of your webpage…
