I´m activating the social card of the website that was designed using BlocsApp, but when reviewing the metadata or sending the link via WhatsApp for preview, it doesn’t work. What can I do to fix this without having to redo the entire website?
You don’t have to redo the website.
Assuming you’re on prod, just focus on og card type, Twitter meta are not necessary
Size a quality pic for your card 1200x600 at least & keep it light < 3mo is good, 5mo max)
X will use your og pic and will resize it no matter what. You have to be exhaustive in your og meta.
Also, hosting matters, as well as your DNS config (lot of redirections doesn’t help…) to avoid time outs
Ideally you want to get the card preview with both https://yourwebsite.xxx and www.yourwebsite.xxx, carefully handled redirection to point either to the root domain or to www. (this is up to you)
Add them in Blocs, then upload to the server. It’s better to use different, correctly sized images for each platform.
You can test for any errors through the validator checker.
