(SOLVED) Bulk asset find Blocs iPad

I always keep my Blocs projects on my Macbook hard drive, never in the cloud. I’ve just copied a project (full folder, including an image folder) to iCloud to sync with Blocs for iPad. When opening the project on the iPad, all the assets are ‘missing’. They were embedded into the project, so I thought they would just transfer across with no problem.

Is there a way to ‘block import/find’ them into the iPad project or must they be done individually? There are about 130 assets. I have found a way to do it with hosted assets, but not local (is a cloud account local?) ones.

Hi @Reg,

If assets are embedded in the project file, you don’t even need to transfer them to your iPad. These should be inside the .BLOC file. Are you sure all assets are embedded, and not just linked?

Hi Eldar. Thanks for the replay. I have enabled ‘embed assets’ in the project settings, but they don’t appear when opening the .bloc file from icloud in iPad. However, I only enabled the embed after the site was created. Might that be the problem?

Hi, I see what the problem is now. Because I made the site, then activated embed, the assets are only linked. I’ve just noticed that I can click on the link icon in the asset gallery and ‘ebmed them.

Thanks again, Eldar, you’ve saved me a lot of tedious work.
