Specifies that we were unable to complete the activation of the product

Hi out there ! My Mac procrashed with one of my 2 copys of blocs. Now i got a new mach pro with mojave and reinstalled blocs. After Installation it terminates after terning my licence date with:
“Specifies that we were unable to complete the activation of the product”

Can anyone held please ?

Is this Blocs 3? The process was different for Blocs 2, however there is some licence information with an option to contact the developer for help here https://help.blocsapp.com/knowledge-base/activating-your-license/

Oh Sorry . -i am using the latest version of blocks and the previous version on the lost mac was also blocks 3. I allready used the tutorial from your link - and my posted error message was the result ( Specifies that we were unable to complete the activation of the product ).

I would use the contact link on that page and ask for direct assistance. I am not sure of the procedure in this instance.
