I have no clue how to do this: I want to have animated icons and videos on my page. But if they start playing down in the middle of the page, while the user is still on top of the page, they miss the beginning. Thats why I wanted to ask you as the experts if there is a way to tell a video in blocs, that it should start just when it comes into view (or even a little delayed)? Thanks very much in advance!

This could be done easily with Custom Interactions.
Create and Interaction with these rules, make sure to give your video player the #my-video id or whatever you decide.:
Assign to Page Settings > Scroll:
Here is an example project which I start a video playing when the page is scrolled 500 pixels.
