Hello, i have Blocs 6.2.3 / On the Website for my Scubadiving School i use some Backgroundvideos.
Since the last Update those are not working anymore. I deleted them in the Assetmanager and reimported them. They are seen in the AssetManager but do not get a Preview anymore and if I choose them for the Project nothing happens. The Files are .mov and .mp4
It was working perfectly before. What am I doing wrong?

Sorry, It is www.octobasel.ch / But there you do not see the Backgroundvideos anymore. I have a partial success. I deleted all the Videos. After encoding them once more under 20MB (30MB before) and reimporting a test file that one worked.
It looks like the video is not on your hosting, if you inspect the page the error is in the console.
Your website is expecting your video in this location.
Thank You. It is working now. I deleted all the Videos from the Asset Manager and then reimported them after reducing the File Size. As I did not change anything i do not know why this happened but now it works. Thank You for Your help.
This is strange. Usually happens when the vid can’t be found, moved, path name has changed, etc…
