I’ve been investigating the following client problem but have run out of ideas, especially as I cannot reproduce the problem. If anyone can advise I’d be grateful. Copying @jannis also - I don’t expect this error is within Volt but under some (so far) unidentified conditions usage is affected.
Steps leading to the problem
My client successful logs into dashboard and the edit mode displays. They navigate to the page ‘Shop’ which is also fine. When they click on the link to ‘view item’ the expected page loads but the edit mode is disabled.
What we’ve tried
My client has replicated the issue on Safari, Opera and Chrome on both PC and Mac, his main machine. https://www.steveperfect.com/

I don’t expect anyone will be able to replicate, but perhaps someone has encountered the issue before and can help.
My client has taken a screen recording that first correctly shows the Volt edit icons top left but then on the next page they do not appear. He has tested on lots of different browsers with the same result. view screen recording
I cannot replicate and wonder if the issue is caused by his use of ad blockers. Does this seem a good line of enquiry?
