As a few posts have said, you can disable webp format in preferences for each site, otherwise Blocs exports webp alongside jpgs for certain browsers.

That’s actually a new feature, which makes web optimized versions of your images for you, and shows them on supported hardware.

I don’t have a way to watch it in an old browser, but can I think that there is no problem placing both formats on the server?
Yes, there is no problem. Just use PNG/JPG/SVG for your images, and enable Generate WebP for better optimization.
