I use my original License and the # and or email is not being accepted.
License code does not match product. ;-(
While waiting on Norm to answer, have you tried to use the original Blocs 4 license code and email to activate, and after this registers, upgrading to Blocs 4 Plus using its license code and email in the app to upgrade to Plus? Just a guess, but you should have two different license codes.
Same here. I have a B3 and B4.5 license, wanted to use it again on my new Mac, does not have my old ones (wiped and sold), none of the licenses can be activated. The tickets are pending at the support forum. That is not a great come back for me. The self-management of the activation should be in place, like other software with these limitations is providing it to us as well. Now I am stuck and losing time on waiting for a response. As much I appreciate the work and product, this license handling is too fragile.
Hey everyone Norm took the time to give me the correct licence. I thought my version 4 license is what I needed, I was wrong. I appreciate Norm helping me out with this.
