What is "Class à main levée" ("freehand class"?)

Hi,

I have sometimes a choice to make after a modification of a class.
Nothing explaining what FOR :

Nothing also on the web in french as english (“freehand+class”) ; I suppose it has to do with just the translation.
Thus, please, what is it for ?

The only “main levée” i found is this : À main levée - Blocs - Documents utilisateur
Does it mean it convert the object assignated to the class as an object transformable in wysiwig ? Or what ?

Freehand classes are generated automatically for you when you manipulate elements on the design canvas using the available controls or in some cases using sidebar controls.
