White website after publishing

I use blocs 5.2.2
My hosting is the Dutch Cloud86 and it uses Plesk.

Blocs makes contact with the server (connection success). I hit the publish-button and Blocs gives me the message it was success-full.
(FTP, Port 21, passive mode). And then I see my white website…

From Cloud86 they say that not all the information is uploaded. They made a new file for me within the files, but that doesn’t do anything. I even exported manually from Blocs and imported manually to their Plesk.

Does anyone know what I or the people from Cloud86 could do to make the website visible?

Reading through past forum posts, it may be worth checking that your connection type is SFTP.

It might be worth deleting everything on the server (I leave ht.access) then re uploading everything fresh and doing it manually.
