Frustrating that when I adjust with paddings/subclasses a navbar and a header text in designmode all is well done, but when previewed (V) and online it sucks. Menu text hits the logo, headertext is much lower then placed. Anyone any suggestions what causes this or what I can do to get really WYSIWYG?

Hi, can you specify what classes you did adjust. Screenshot would be helpful as well.
I would suggest that when you are checking to see what the layout really looks like, then you use option + command + B (Preview in Browser) That will give you a much more accurate preview that in design mode or view mode.
