So I have created my second WordPress theme with Blocs. I love it. However, I’ve seemed to run into wall regarding widget areas and how to create them.
When I initially build my themes I have the “Widget Zones” to populate my footer that I have set as three columns, no problems here.
I want to add a fourth “Widget Zone” area located on a specific page. When I add the “Widget Zone bloc” to the page, save, and export the theme nothing shows up in the WordPress widget area for the fourth widget I want to add, only the same three are still located that I initially setup.
What am I doing wrong? I am assuming by adding a “Widget Zone Bloc” to my page area outside the footer it will naturally add it to the WordPress widgets dashboard.
