Is it because Blocs 4/PLUS can achieve similar results without the use of 3rd party?

Complete oversight actually. I will correct it.
AS fot the other question, no you can’t achieve what Media Query does with Bloc Pro. It addresses things that really are out of scope for Blocs core in my opinion.
Don’t forget it’s, Media Queries, Device Orientation, dynamic class assignment and more!
