Blocs should be provider fallback for older browsers.

Thanks for looking at this. I just messaged you with additional details. Btw, I just verified this problem also exists for Safari on 10.15.7, as well as 10.14.6. It doesn’t seem to affect Firefox, Chrome, and Edge on these systems.
