Ah, I think I know what it is – the much anticipated “Budget-Responsive Tool”.
A slider in the sidebar that adjusts the design to the client’s budget :money_with_wings::

Low Budget: The font automatically switches to Comic Sans, and all images get an ugly ’90s-style frame.
High Budget: The app randomly adds particle effects and gold gradients that make absolutely no sense but look “expensive.”
