Did you try exporting it first as SMTP, then go back to PHP? That may make a difference. Also my form where this occurred was not freshly created. It was done with an earlier version of Blocs some time ago.

Yeah, I also ran the exported PHP in a comparison and there was zero changes. Not exactly sure what happened, but I’ve spend the afternoon rewriting some of the export stuff for forms as it was a little old and from Blocs V2.
Next time if it happens if you can please keep a copy of the broken site project file that would be great.
I will save a fresh copy of the project and try it with the new beta.
