How to close completely Cookie Box?

Can anyone help please.

I included the cookie content bric using version 4 on my home page. My problem is: when you click the label button (I have worded it to say OK) it closes, but keeps a rather annoying cookie policy tab at the bottom page throughout the website page as you scroll. If you click it, it brings back up the content bric again. It doesn’t just close and stay hidden, which is really what I want. Does anyone know what I can do.

I don’t really see a solution? The False? Does it work? I would have thought it would be a bit easier to do this now in V4?

Anyone else have any ideas?
