For some sites, I’m able to upload changes only, for other sites I’m required to upload the entire site every time. Is this a known issue with a known solution?
Is it a difference between FTP & SFTP regarding those sites?

Hey @Samsdad as @Blocs_User mentioned, you should use SFTP to publish as this gives you the option to upload changes only.
